-2pt Gap into Strength + 45 & 5 cycles = Early Test of 1638 prior tp 1st Ti

Today we opened Down 2pts holding the globex and PDVPOC of 1628-1630 zone. After breaking the 1631 we rallied quickly to 1635 and onto 1638 prior to the 1st Ti. 1638 is a strong area where we printed 40500 Tick Block Bars on the prior day. We also printed a 15 minute R1 that has held on 3 test over the past day. a break above hear sees 1644 as the next potential Resistance.

Openning Prep - Give yourself more time on the open to do breathing and Safe place excersises - Today i rushed my open excercises and felt anxious/ nervious upon entry.

Trust Your Card - Today i had a buy signal around the extreme lows of 1635,. To my surprise we opened at 1638 and held. Because of my prior planning i was ready to buy with confidence and was able to take advantage of the wholesale zone.
