3pt Gap on Prior days weakness + Test of R1 = Early decent + More Action

Today we had a 3pts gap down on prior days weakness and Globex Momentum but quickly rallied back to the highs were we met previous days Resistance @1409. We immediately began a decent to the lows prior to the 7:00am news release. We tapped 1403.25 then rallied back up past the days highs to 1412 in 10 minutes and again retreated back to the lows on the day.

Recap Notes:

Trade Selection -  Good Trading. Great Entry, good exit into rally.. Had an accurate premise, was able to add to the position at wholesale. allowed 1 lot to run and got out with only 1 tick after price moved 5.5pt in favor. 

INTANGIBLE OBSERVATIONS:

Always Exit into the Rally- You must leave money on the Table- Today i exite very well into the rally but decided to leave 1 lot running to max profit but instead gave back 5.5pts to exit at 1 tick. Lesson learned!!

Be very patient on NO news days- ES tend to trade in tight ranges before moving so the premise must be trusted in these situation

2pt Continuation Gap up + Pro PT = Strength @ Support

Today we had 2.0pt continuation Gap into newer highs, but met immediate with Profit taking from fridays close to push price back down to strong support. With Fridays block and pro bars into support we had a bullish premise. However with No news we traded in a tight range through 3 Time Intervals before breaking out into the days highs with ended with Block Ops Bars and NoD to end the rally.

Trade Selection -  Great Trading but very early entry. Had an accurate premise, added to the position at Premise lows within my wholesale range, but had to hold for over an hour! I Trusted my premise and allowed the time intervals to play out.

3.5 Gap Down + Blocks at Support = 1st Ti Rally to the Highs

Today we had a Gap down into Support with Blocks on the 4500 Tick, 13,500 and 15 minute. All signs of Strength!! I suspect this open may be the beginning of the sneaking up process. We then printed Exhaustion on the 4500 and 15 minute along with a End of Trend signal. We Rallied off strength on the 1st Time Interval and continued through the 2nd Time Interval for the common friday rally.

Trade Selection -  Good Trading. Late Entry, early exit.. Had an accurate premise, added to the position at a good time, BUT exited too early!! Trust your premise and allow the time intervals to play out.
